Information You Submit
Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or other query into a search tool powered by an outside provider, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Harper County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email or otherwise send a message to this site, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site may receive basic technical details when a page loads. Those details can include:
- IP address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages opened and time spent on them.
- The referring website, when one is available.
- Date and time stamps.

Public Records and Outside Links
This site links to sheriff, jail, court, ODOC, BOP, ICE, VINE, and other public-record resources. Oklahoma public records referenced here may be governed by the Oklahoma Open Records Act, including law-enforcement access rules in 51 O.S. ยง 24A.8, but each agency or outside service applies its own privacy, access, and data-retention practices after you leave this site.
Advertising partners may use their own technologies to measure or personalize ads across websites. That activity happens on their systems, not in a records database controlled by this site.
